This is not a Korean dish, but I would like to share how to make it because almost every guest liked this salad so much and wanted to know the recipe. You can enjoy it all through a year, but it is especially good in the spring and summer.
[Ingredients] noodle(우동, Udong), any green vegetables for salad, tomatoes, minced garlic, soy sauce, vinegar, olive oil, sesame oil, oyster sauce, lemon juice, sugar, wasabi
1. Boil noodles in hot water, wash them in cold water and drain them.
2. Prepare any fresh vegetables suitable for salad and tomatoes.
4. Add olive oil(3~4), sesame oil(2) and wasabi (1~2 teaspoons) and mix them well.
